In our kitchen, we use only organic and, whenever possible, regional, seasonal products from our own vegetable farm and from farmers and producers in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Our restaurant serves fresh and healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our guests, neighbors, and friends. Vegetarian and vegan options are always available.
