In the morning at the Hyperion Hotel Hamburg, you can put together your own breakfast to suit your tastes—the buffet offers an extensive selection. If you’d like to sleep in on the weekend or a holiday, breakfast is served until 12:00 p.m. From Monday through Friday, breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. In the spacious “Gaumenfreund” restaurant, classics of regional and international cuisine are served for lunch and dinner in an inviting atmosphere, accompanied by the perfect wine.BAR 11You can enjoy an aperitif or digestif at “BAR 11” on the eleventh floor of the building. Located on Amsickstraße, the Hyperion Hotel Hamburg is not only close to the Elbe River but also in an extremely convenient location—it’s easily accessible from both the main train station and the highway. Train travelers can take a bus for about three minutes to the “Spaldingstraße” stop, which is right next to the Hyperion Hotel Hamburg. It takes about 25 minutes by taxi to get to the hotel from Hamburg Airport, which is 13 km away. There are numerous attractions to visit in the surrounding area; for example, it’s only about a ten-minute walk to the Deichtorhallen.
