At our small, charming retreat in the Harz Mountains, you’ll find space to relax and recharge. The sauna and fitness area at our HideAway is intentionally kept intimate—just like our philosophy: peaceful, authentic, and soothing. The gentle warmth of our herbal sauna (approx. 60 °C) has a calming effect on both body and mind. It’s particularly gentle on the circulatory system and creates a relaxing atmosphere with natural scents. Here, you can simply sit back and let go. Regular sauna sessions not only promote relaxation—they also help strengthen the immune system, relieve tension, and gently stimulate circulation. A stay with us gives you precious moments for yourself—far away from everyday life, yet close to your inner self. Sauna hours: 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
