Our family-run business is located on the northern edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It’s easily accessible between the A1 and A7 highways. The rooms, situated in a quiet location, are furnished in a cozy country-style. The conference rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Chef Jörn Sommer delights guests with seasonal, regional cuisine and makes sure to incorporate all the ingredients the seasons have to offer. The wellness area, featuring a swimming pool and three saunas, is the perfect place to unwind after a hard day’s work.

The menu changes with the seasons. The hot meals, served all day, feature a great mix of traditional and modern dishes. Cakes and pastries are homemade. In the summer, the patio is the perfect spot for cozy barbecue evenings. Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. Of course, we’re happy to prepare special meals for your event outside of our regular hours.
