The newly renovated Hotel Burg Abenberg has been shining in new splendor since May 1, 2008. With the change of tenant and the takeover by the Schneider family, a fresh breeze is blowing through the walls and in the newly designed restaurant with approx. 50 seats, you can sit back and relax and let yourself be pampered by the experienced and knowledgeable staff and the international cuisine. Or enjoy cocktails and/or wines from all over the world at the bar.22 rooms are available in the hotel. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, flat screen TV, telephone, hairdryer and some have a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside and the golf course, which is only 1.5 km away. There is a green fee discount for hotel guests when booking tee times. 6 double rooms are located in the "Schottenturm" inside the castle complex. These include the wedding room and the deluxe room with their nostalgic furnishings. The other 5 double rooms and 11 single rooms are located in the nearby guest house, which can be reached in two minutes on foot via a few stairs. 120 people can be accommodated in the banquet and conference rooms, depending on the seating arrangements, and you can be pampered in style in the balcony and fireplace rooms with their medieval flair, not only at the bookable romantic dinner. You can enjoy a very special ambience in the vaulted cellar. Whether for a knight's dinner or a slightly different company, golf or Christmas party, this room offers space for a maximum of 50 guests. Of course, mead and suitable medieval entertainment can also be provided on request.
