Since January 1, 2019, the Dorint Hotel Alzey/Worms has been bringing a taste of the Baltic Sea to the heart of the Rheinhessen wine-growing region. At this themed hotel, redesigned in 2017, you can not only sleep in a beach chair, but also dip your feet in the sand during your coffee break and then wind down the evening in the cozy harbor bar “Spelunke.” With 13 modernized meeting rooms and a maximum room size of 320 square meters, the Dorint Hotel Alzey/Worms offers the ideal conditions for a creative and successful event. All rooms feature natural light, free Wi-Fi, and some can be darkened. Six of the rooms are equipped with adjustable air conditioning. In our restaurant “Achtern Dieck,” coastal dishes are just as much a part of the menu as classic Rheinhessen specialties. Please contact us, as we can also organize evening events featuring barbecues and sports activities. The city of Alzey is located along the major A61 and A63 highways, making it easily accessible from Mannheim/Ludwigshafen, Cologne/Koblenz, Mainz/Frankfurt, and Kaiserslautern. Also worth noting are the free parking spaces available during your stay. The hotel is located near the vineyards, on the outskirts of the historic town of Alzey. Visitors to Alzey can look forward to a lovingly restored downtown area with many half-timbered houses, restaurants, cafés, and shops.
