Brauers 800°C RestaurantWe offer you a new highlight in terms of gastronomy. The heart of the restaurant is a unique 800°C grill. To learn the art of proper grilling, the chefs spent several days with professionals in South Tyrol. Let yourself be inspired by meat and fish - completely reinterpreted! A steakhouse is known for its steaks. Here in Daun there is more than just steaks. It is this special mixture of steaks, burgers and traditional ox dishes such as liver and goulash. "Daun in the Eifel has been missing a steakhouse like this."The "800°C" restaurant - named after the hellishly hot grill - will be serving meat, fish and burgers from April. The Brauer's are convinced of their new restaurant concept, as they have always shared a love of good meat. Proof from the past - their own steer husbandry. This will of course continue in the future.
