As befits a winery, the dishes we serve are freshly prepared, using regional and organic ingredients whenever possible. From a hearty breakfast to a custom-tailored dinner menu, our guests are treated to the very best. With advance notice, we can accommodate all requests regarding personal dietary preferences. Our estate wines and regional beers can be served to complement your meal. Winding down the evening in the cozy wine bar or the historic vaulted cellar is a highlight of the day. You’re welcome to book a personalized wine tasting with or without a meal, or to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, award ceremony, or similar event. We’d be happy to help you plan your special day with champagne, sparkling wine, floral arrangements, and homemade cakes. In cooperation with an experienced caterer, we’ll put together customized buffets and menus tailored to your preferences.

Located right on the Moselle River, this conference center is easily recognizable as the heart of the village of Eller. It’s easily accessible by car and has parking spaces right outside the front door. Guests arriving by train can be picked up by the center’s shuttle from the Eller train station. It’s about a 10-minute walk from there. The nearest airport is Frankfurt Hahn. Its proximity to the town of Cochem offers excellent shopping opportunities, visits to the Reichsburg Castle and the Bundesbank bunker, as well as numerous restaurants and pubs. The drive to the cities of Trier and Koblenz takes about 1 hour each. It takes about 1.5 hours to reach Luxembourg City, Frankfurt am Main, and Cologne.

The rooms were deliberately designed to be spacious, in the style of comfortable vacation apartments. Each room is individually furnished, features high ceilings, numerous windows with views of the Moselle, and is equipped with box-spring beds. The accompanying bathrooms are tastefully designed and equally spacious. The combination of modern design and antique furniture creates not only a sense of exclusivity but also of understated luxury.
