As befits a winery, the food on offer is freshly prepared, using regional and organic ingredients wherever possible. Our guests are pampered from the rich breakfast to the individually arranged menu in the evening. By prior arrangement, any personal dietary requirements can be catered for. The hotel's own wines and regional beers can be served to accompany your meal. Rounding off the evening in the vinotheque or in the historic vaulted cellar is a highlight of the day. You are welcome to book an individual wine tasting with or without food or to celebrate a special occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary, award or similar. We are happy to arrange your special day with champagne, sparkling wine, flower decorations and homemade cakes. In cooperation with an experienced caterer, we can put together individual buffets and menus according to your wishes.

As the center of the village of Eller, this conference house, located directly on the Moselle, is easily recognizable. It is easily accessible by car and has parking spaces right outside the front door. Those arriving by train can be picked up from Eller station by the house shuttle. It is about 10 minutes on foot. The nearest airport is Frankfurt Hahn. The proximity to the town of Cochem offers good shopping and shopping opportunities, a visit to the Reichsburg and the Bundesbank bunker, as well as numerous restaurants and pubs. Travel times to the cities of Trier and Koblenz are approx. 1 hour each. Luxembourg City, Frankfurt/Main and Cologne are approx. 1.5 hours away.

The rooms were deliberately designed in the style of comfortable vacation apartments. Each room is individually furnished, has high ceilings, many windows with a view of the Moselle and is equipped with box-spring beds. The bathrooms are tastefully designed and also spacious. The combination of modern design and antique furniture not only creates a feeling of exclusivity but also of appropriate luxury. They are not only a place to stay but also a place to feel at home. Each of the three living areas has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace for cozy hours in front of an open fire.
