We attach great importance to the quality of our ingredients: A particular highlight is the use of fresh eggs from our own production directly from the monastery estate, which guarantees maximum freshness and taste. All other ingredients are carefully selected and carefully prepared in our kitchen in order to always offer you varied and contemporary dishes that combine tradition and modern cuisine.
