The Park Plaza Trier Hotel is located in the heart of the historic city center and is perfect for both vacationers and business travelers. The ground floor serves as the hotel’s social hub—the various areas, such as the front desk, bar, and restaurant, flow seamlessly into one another, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a “large, cozy living room.” The 142 air-conditioned Comfort and Superior rooms, as well as 8 suites, are perfectly tailored to guests’ needs and combine a modern ambiance with Roman-inspired elements. The Plaza Grill restaurant offers high-quality grilled specialties (U.S. beef, fish, vegetables) to savor, with the Nebraska Black Angus beef undoubtedly being the highlight. It stands for the highest quality and owes its rich marbling and distinctive flavor to the hormone- and antibiotic-free feed given to the cattle. Since July 2016, a grill from the American manufacturer Southbend has also been providing even more grilling enjoyment. In addition, the Plaza Grill Restaurant holds a special Kobe license, which allows it to serve guests the finest beef in the world. An elegant wellness area, as well as the event floor with an adjacent rooftop terrace, are located on the 4th floor above the rooftops of Trier. The event floor spans 700 m² and thus offers the perfect venue for meetings, conferences, family celebrations of all kinds, corporate events, and other festivities—whether classic with champagne and canapés or modern with Aperol Spritz and finger food.

Enjoy select, high-quality ingredients and the trendiest cocktail creations in a cozy, living-room-like atmosphere. In addition to premium meat specialties, Chef Sebastian Winkler and his team prepare fish and a variety of vegetable dishes using state-of-the-art techniques.This Trier grill restaurant can seat up to 120 guests, and when the weather is nice, it offers an additional 100 or so seats in the Mediterranean-style courtyard, which is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The lounge bar, featuring a cozy fireplace, seats around 50 guests.
