In October 2017, the first hotel under the new LOGINN by ACHAT brand opened right next to the Neue Messe Leipzig. Outstanding functionality combined with cutting-edge technology and modern design are the cornerstones of the new concept. The new hotel features 170 guest rooms, an open-concept dining area with a restaurant, bar, and lounge, as well as a Media & Play Corner, modern conference rooms, and a fitness center equipped with the latest generation of cardio and strength training machines.

The LOGINN guest rooms are functional and feature a modern design. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, a 43'' Samsung Smart TV, a portable light cube, soundproof windows, a desk, high-speed Wi-Fi (free of charge), and a bathroom with a Raindance shower, among other features. Superior-category rooms are located in prime spots within the hotel and also feature a designer rocking chair, a tea & coffee station, and other amenities.
