You can drink here, too. Our bar is open daily until midnight. We’ve got cold beers, wonderful wines for every budget, a wide selection of spirits, and much more waiting for you. Because after-work evenings are sacred. And because a cup of coffee at just the right moment can work like a magic potion, we’ve even invested in a coffee machine that others would lock away in their safe. Our motto is: We want to be approachable (that would make a great name for our bar).We don’t want to impress you with lavishly set tables and sparkling crystal glasses, but rather to quickly treat you to something good with honest, uncomplicated, and straightforward dining. This applies especially to our breakfast. We don’t want you to have to waste your time here because you can’t even see the bread basket for all the breakfast cereals. That’s why we’ve put together a wholesome, high-quality, varied, yet simple breakfast menu for you that leaves nothing to be desired. Whether you’re staying with us or not, you can enjoy our breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.In short, that means:• Morning: Breakfast buffet• Lunch: Quiches, focaccias, and layered salads• Afternoon: Coffee and cake• Evening: Weekly rotating buffet

At Living Hotel Frankfurt, we do things a little differently. Take the fitness room, for example. If you like to push yourself, work out, and try new approaches to your workouts, you’ll love our “Feel Good Room.” Here, we collaborate with our partners Pavigym and TRX. And that means you’ll train gently and efficiently—with exercises performed on colorful mats or using resistance bands. Sound strange at first? It’s not. With functional training, you strengthen your body gently and efficiently; since it relies less on raw muscle power, the risk of injury is reduced. The fun, on the other hand? Endless! See the colorful markings in the pictures? That’s your workout area. Each marking represents a new, exciting exercise (which you’ll see demonstrated on the screens or by our hosts). These exercises pack a punch and will have you forgetting about the weight bench and other equipment in no time. We can’t wait to see the personal records you’ll set in our fitness room!
