The Casein Plant is the historic heart of the Landhotel BEVERLANDS. The restaurant is located in what was once Germany’s largest casein plant. The historic brick walls, combined with exposed steel beams and wooden floors, give the room—which is over twelve meters high—a distinctive atmosphere.Event Venue: As a restored industrial ruin, the casein factory is primarily used as a venue for weddings or corporate events. It typically hosts business lunches for our conference guests and the breakfast buffet for hotel guests.Unless a private event is taking place, the space is used, for example, during conferences for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Regionality: Our menu features an interesting mix of regional and creative dishes. The ingredients for our dishes come primarily from local farms. À la carte reservations are available for groups of up to 12 people.
