The Weinberg-Schlösschen is a family-run 3-star superior conference hotel located in the Upper Middle Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For three generations, we have combined warm hospitality with professional event planning to offer the ideal setting for meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, and corporate events. Our hotel features a total of 50 comfortable rooms, including 41 rooms and suites in the main building and 9 additional rooms in the guesthouse, just a few minutes’ walk away. Five modern, light-filled meeting rooms offer flexible options for events with 10 to 60 people. The spacious banquet hall, equipped with modern event technology, a large window front, and direct access to the terrace, is ideal for larger meetings, presentations, and evening events. State-of-the-art technical equipment, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a projector, a screen, modern presentation technology, and flexible seating arrangements, ensures optimal working conditions. Dedicated staff members will support your event from the initial inquiry through to its successful execution. We’ll treat your guests to fresh, regional cuisine, homemade specialties, and select wines from the Middle Rhine Valley. Whether it’s a coffee break, a business lunch, or a multi-course dinner—every catering concept is tailored individually to your event. The offering is complemented by a variety of supporting activities such as wine tastings, cooking events, vineyard hikes, or guided tours through the Upper Middle Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Despite its natural surroundings, the hotel is easily accessible, making it the ideal conference venue for companies throughout the Rhine-Main region.
The A61 highway is just a few minutes away. The cities of Bingen, Mainz, Wiesbaden, Koblenz, and Frankfurt are easily accessible by car. Frankfurt Airport is only about an hour away and offers excellent connections for both domestic and international guests.
