Lage & Anfahrt

It was created in 1746 as a reservoir for timber rafting, and since 1884, Lake Ebnisee has been a popular tourist destination. It is the largest lake in the Swabian Forest and a favorite destination for the whole family—not just in the summer. Thanks to its magnificent location and the mixed forest surrounding it, it is a popular recreational area year-round. There are designated barbecue areas and sunbathing lawns around the lake. Rowing boat and pedal boat rentals are available right at the hotel; fishing permits can be purchased at the hotel for fishing enthusiasts (only with an annual fishing license). Kaisersbach is located in the heart of the Welzheimer Forest and is part of the beautiful Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park.
