Snow White came from Lohr, and the Franziskushöhe was probably the first of the seven mountains she crossed while fleeing from her wicked stepmother to the dwarfs. The Franziskushöhe is a beautiful place, perched high on a hill in the Spessart. Here with us, you’ll find peace and relaxation in an idyllic setting of forests, meadows, and biking and hiking trails. The Spessart and the Main Valley offer the ideal setting for a wide variety of sporting activities. In addition to hiking and biking, you can also go skiing or play golf, for example. You can also stay active right here at the hotel and on our beautiful grounds: team foosball (for up to 8 people) and table tennis, for example, or chess and darts outdoors? While “forest bathing” in our sun lounges, you can truly unwind—enjoy a “digital detox” with a good book or simply let your mind wander. For romantics and other picnickers, we offer baskets packed with treats to enjoy on our sun-drenched lawn overlooking the valley. Children also love the exciting natural surroundings of our hotel.
