The Hotel Eisenhut was once a mainstay of the old grand hotel tradition—a hotel frequented by famous figures such as the 126th Emperor of Japan, “the last Shah of Persia,” Winston Churchill, and many others.In September 2022, following a comprehensive renovation, the hotel reopened with the same charm and the unmistakable Eisenhut atmosphere.The four-star hotel is located in the heart of the historic old town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber and spans four patrician houses dating from the 14th and 15th centuries. All 75 rooms and suites captivate with their distinctive character and offer modern comforts. Guests can indulge in regional delicacies at the hotel’s dining venues.
