Instead, time is in short supply everywhere, especially time for enjoyment. But our restaurant, Edel Weiss, is one of those welcome exceptions. As soon as you step into our restaurant in the heart of Bremen, you’ll feel transported to one of those ski lodges or alpine huts—where, on the mountainside, you might still find one of those rare flowers that inspired our name. Here, you’ll be surrounded by a warm atmosphere and genuine hospitality—two important qualities we brought with us from Tyrol to Bremen. Take a seat in our rustic, cozy setting, look around at your leisure, and let the atmosphere wash over you.

The rooms feature a bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities in our rooms include a hair dryer and a makeup mirror, a TV and a phone, as well as Wi-Fi. A tea and coffee station is also available in the room, and a mini-bar is at your disposal in the lobby.The cozy, rustic charm is reflected in the rooms, which are furnished in a country-style and offer just the right combination of modern and rustic touches.
