Verpflegung

Kāishǐ comes from Asian languages and means “beginning.” Kāishǐ is therefore the name of our trainee project, which is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. In our hotel bar, “The Curtain,” as well as in our summer lounge, you’ll be served Far Eastern cuisine paired with select wines. You’ll be served exclusively by our trainees.
