Facilities include a classic hot Finnish sauna with temperatures up to 95°C and an automatic infusion system, a bio sauna with a peak temperature of 60°C and 55% humidity, and an infrared cabin with “Sole Air Stream.” Even in ancient times, people were aware of the invigorating, health-promoting effects of sweating at high temperatures. It detoxifies the body, stimulates circulation, strengthens the immune system, alleviates symptoms such as headaches, and, through the brief period of stress it induces, provides a true sense of euphoria. In the Finnish sauna, in addition to the high temperature, there is low humidity of 10 to 20 percent. For those who cannot tolerate this heat without discomfort or who suffer from cardiovascular problems, the bio sauna or infrared cabin are ideal. These offer much more comfortable temperatures that children can also tolerate well. In the infrared cabin, the radiation generates a pleasant, deep heat that is particularly effective at relaxing the muscles.
