With its tropical-style swimming pool, spacious sauna area, treatment rooms, outdoor areas, and fitness center, the H+ Hotel & SPA Friedrichroda invites guests to relax and unwind. The “Beauty Farm” features various rooms and services for cosmetic treatments, such as classic facials, Asian warm-oil massages, or hot-stone massages. The estheticians are also happy to accommodate individual requests to ensure a wonderful wellness experience. The massage department offers natural therapies. With the help of trained physical therapists and massage therapists, you can enhance your experience with a massage, a treatment for muscle tension, or a relaxing whirlpool bath. In the sauna area, Finnish saunas at various temperatures, aromatic steam cabins, and the Serail steam bath invite you to experience deep relaxation. In the Serail bath, a thin layer of healing clay is rubbed onto the body; in the very humid air, which is about 45 degrees warm, the clay softens and stimulates the metabolism. The sauna area also includes a relaxation room, a rest area, and an outdoor courtyard. Admission is permitted for guests aged 12 and older; children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. The swimming pool in the wellness area, with its curved shape, glass dome, and palm trees, invites you to take a refreshing dip in a tropical atmosphere. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult who can swim. You’ll find a variety of equipment for workouts or strength training in the spacious fitness room, which has direct access to the outdoor terrace.
